Renfrew Estate is located 10-15 minutes from Falmouth & English Harbor, Renfrew over

looks Sea View Farm and is located near All Saints Road. Travel time is about 10 minutes from

 the airport and 10 minutes from the capitol, St Johns.  Its central location allows for easy

access to any beach on the island.  Renfrew is a secluded area, set behind a hill and hidden from

main street traffic.  These hillside properties allow for breath-taken view of the city, airport, sea,

and most western points

of the island.

Tuitt’s Place is located  at  Renfrew Estate. This hill side, luxurious designed house has two levels. 

4 large bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths,  2 living rooms, counter top dining & formal dining room,

utility room  & 2 full kitchens.  Large windows and ceiling fans will cool all rooms, air condition

available in bedrooms, wireless internet and cable TV w/Dvd players are available.  

Upper level has 3 self contained large bedrooms, living room, formal dining room,

full kitchen & utility room. Lower level has 1 bedroom, full bathroom, living room,

counter top dining area & full kitchen and also has it's own patio. The  swimming pool is located

directly off the rear patio in the court yard. It's surrounded by a beautiful flower garden,

tropical fruit trees and spacious lawn.  There is also a 1/2 bath located outside by the pool.
